Hospitality Mantra did an amazing job in planning the trip of Australia.They did a great job in calling me to get a feel for what types of things I like to do so that she could plan an itinerary that catered to my interests. She also did a fabulous job in staying within the budget I gave her and I feel like we got a lot for our money! She handled everything from getting our electronic visas to making sure we had transfers to all hotels and for all our tours. She was very timely in answering questions I had as well.
We were warmly greeted by genuinely friendly staff carrying leis who welcomed us into an exceptionally well-maintained and very beautiful property. Our room was very spacious, with lovely furnishings and linens, two separate sink areas in a luxurious bathroom. From the the wonderful food, the relaxed atmosphere, excellent all-around service, state-of-the-art gym, yoga and fascia classes and lessons on the lovely pool areas -- we couldn't have been happier. The Hospitality Mantra is a wonderful experience and highly recommended!
